Jody Client Services Manager

Jody was involved in the entertainment industry until 2001, working as a Local 829 Scenic Artist in NYC for film, television, commercials, and photography. When 9/11 happened, it caused a major shift in Jody’s career trajectory. She decided to pursue a new passion and after searching for a management position, she was serendipitously connected to Heart of Chelsea, and she’s been here ever since! Jody loves interacting with clients and helping our leadership team grow and improve the practice. She enjoys guiding her team members to provide excellent, concierge customer service, educating clients about veterinary medicine, and being a part of a practice with such a positive culture. 

Jody has been married for 37 years and has 2 children. She also has a cat named Pete, who is very shy. In her spare time, Jody loves doing yoga, cooking, reading, and adventuring outdoors.
