The greatest compliment Heart of Chelsea Veterinary Group can receive is the referral of a new client and his or her pet. We really do appreciate this gesture and are happy to apply a $100 credit to your friend’s account at our hospital! When you fill out the welcome sheet at your first appointment, please let us know the name of the friend who referred you.
Please bring or upload any previous medical records with you and, if you’re coming for a wellness visit and it’s been more than six months since your pet was tested for parasites, please bring a stool sample for your first appointment. It is important that the sample be no older than 24hrs. If necessary, you can store it in a sanitary container in a refrigerator prior to your visit.
We see patients on an appointment basis. If you arrive as a walk-in, we will make every effort to see you as soon as we can, however, priority is given to clients and their pets with appointments.
