Jennifer Director of Pet Insurance Strategy & Hospital Implementation

Jennifer attended the University of Central Florida, where she studied Biology before beginning a career dedicated to advancing animal health and veterinary medicine. Since entering the veterinary field in 2003, she has built extensive experience spanning clinical practice, pet insurance, product development, and strategic consulting.

After relocating from Central Florida to the New York metropolitan area in 2012, Jennifer joined Heart of Chelsea Veterinary Group. As their Director of Pet Insurance Strategy & Hospital Implementation since 2015, she has become a recognized resource for veterinary teams, pet owners, and industry partners, helping bridge the gap between veterinary medicine and insurance to improve access to care.

Beyond her work at Heart of Chelsea, Jennifer partners with veterinary hospitals, insurance carriers, and technology organizations to design innovative insurance solutions, implement hospital insurance programs, and develop software that improves the experience for veterinary teams, pet owners, and insurers. Her unique blend of clinical, operational, and product expertise has made her a trusted advisor across the veterinary insurance industry.

Fluent in American Sign Language, Jennifer has maintained a lifelong commitment to supporting the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering in her community, cooking, crafting, and spending time with her family.
