Dr. Talia Goldstein grew up on Long Island, New York, surrounded by animals and developed a love for veterinary medicine at a young age. Her passion for rescuing animals, combined with her curiosity for science and medicine, inspired her to pursue a career where she could make a meaningful difference in the lives of pets and the people who love them.

Dr. Goldstein graduated magna cum laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Veterinary Medicine and Animal Biosciences and a minor in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation in 2021 (Go Blue Hens!). She went on to earn her veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2025. Following graduation, she completed a rigorous one-year small animal rotating internship at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital in New Jersey, where she gained extensive experience in emergency medicine, internal medicine, and various other specialties.

Dr. Goldstein has special interests in preventative care, dentistry, dermatology, and chronic disease management. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with pets and their owners, and believes that compassionate care, clear communication, and collaboration are essential to providing the best possible care for every pet.

Outside of work, Dr. Goldstein enjoys spending time with her four dogs: Lucky Lucia, a Potcake; Chase, a German Shorthaired Pointer mix; Amber, a Saluki; and Callie, a Pomsky. She has a particular soft spot for sighthounds of all kinds and firmly believes they look even better in sweaters. Outside of work she loves traveling, exploring New York City, scuba diving, horseback riding, and spending time with friends and family. She is also a die-hard New York Knicks fan whose loyalty to the team has taught her a thing or two about patience and perseverance.
