Claudia Veterinary Assistant

Claudia has a bachelor’s degree in biology and the distinction of being “most likely to successfully draw blood on the first poke.” Her history of horseback riding and love for equine care led to a lifelong passion for animals. She loves working alongside her skilled fellow team members and being in surgery (though she loves all kinds of patient care and cases at HOC). Claudia also finds it rewarding to see sick patients recover and help pets and families in need of end-of-life care. Her animal family includes Roger the Chihuahua, Boone the Shepherd/Husky mix, and Finn, the Lab/Doberman mix. In her free time, Claudia loves cooking.
