Amanda attended SUNY Delhi where she received her degree in veterinary science in 2012. After working in research for two years, Amanda passed her vet tech boards and went to work at North Shore Animal League. There, she gained the knowledge and experience to make a big move and transitioned into emergency medicine while living in Atlanta, Georgia. Amanda moved back to New York in 2016 and worked emergency medicine on Long Island. In 2017, Amanda moved forward with her career as a licensed veterinary technician here at Heart of Chelsea! Amanda has three cats, and a husky named Lulu that she adopted while living in Georgia. In her free time, Amanda has a passion for photography and going for adventures with her dog.
